What do I do to increase my value? I have a large fleet of strictly CRJ-200's. But my value keeps falling at like 5000 a month!

Your value will decrease quite fast if the depreciation on your planes is larger than your revenue, so if you keep increasing the money you bring in then the value of your company will start to increase again.
