Cargo Only Airlines Empty Cargo Only Airlines

Could it be possible to add cargo-only airlines? It would be great change of pace to operate a FedEx or UPS style airline instead of always having to build a passenger business.

Cargo only airlines would be cool. On top of that, maybe there can be an added bonus for cargo routes from hub-2-hub?
