Code share Empty National Flagship Carriers

To go along with the code share idea; how about built in National Flagships that are added based upon your starting location. These airlines would only operate out of one - three hubs and would offer flights to many different international destinations from that hub. These could be the code share partners with whom you work with to develop an alliance.

It's great idea, however I hate the monopoly feeling while the AI is not very clever enough, code share will decrease the difficulty of this game.
