Suggestions for New Aircraft

Please post your suggestions for new aircraft. They may only be modern ones (Modern ones like Airbus and Boeing aircraft)that are still in production or future ones in which statistics have been announced. It would be great if you could attach any images or information on the aircrafts stats too.

Airbus:
A320 Series
-A319-100LR Has only 110 seats but has the best range of any of the a320 series aircraft, Double that of the A321-100
A350 Series
-A350-800 Airbus's newest edition. This state of the art aircraft is the smallest of the A350 series, seating 360 passengers at speeds much faster then any other Airbus plane before over a massive 9437 range!
-A350-900 Airbus's newest edition. This state of the art aircraft is the Mid size version of the A350 series, seating 420 passengers at speeds much faster then any other Airbus plane before over a massive 9000 range!
-A350-900R This aircraft is exactly the same as the -900 apart from it's 2000mi more of range then the A350-900. It has the best range of all civil aircraft!
-A350-1000 With a whopping 550 seats, this aircraft is a great replacement for aging 747's!
Boeing:
737 Next Generation Series
-737-700LR With the same seating capacity as the standard 737-700 (145), boeing has somehow managed to fit in an extra 3000Mi of fuel! almost doubling the fuel capacity.
747 Series
-747-400D A 620 seat version of the standard 747 for se on High Frequency domestic routes. Limited by it's 2100Mi distance.
-747-800I The latest version with improved fuel efficiency, speed, range and seating capacity.
-747-800F Boeings latest super freighter, racking up more orders then the 747-800I!
777 Next Series
-777-200LR How did they do it...They added another 2000Mi on to the 777-200ER bringing the total flight distance to 107000Mi!
Bombardier:
CRJ Series
-CRJ-705 With 15 more seats then the 700 and another 200 range, this is a more prefered choice by most buyers and it's only 3m more!
-CRJ-900LR Much faster then the original 900 aircraft and with 500 miles of range more, there is no reason why this 90 seat aircraft is of any business carriers radar.
-CRJ-1000 The biggest of the CRJ series. This aircraft seats 100 people but lacks in the range department with the ability to only fly 1300Mi.
-CRJ-900LR Much faster then the original 900 aircraft and with 500 miles of range more, there is no reason why this 90 seat aircraft is of any business carriers radar.
-CRJ-1000EL Even less range then the 1000 but what this aircraft lacks in range it makes p in it's 515Mi/h speed.
-CRJ-1000ER The longest range 1000, able to fly 1800Mi.
C Series
-CS100 Bombardiers newest series. Designed to take on boeings and airbus's own small jet series. This aircraft is in direct competition with the A318 and 737-600. Though it's range may lack against the Boeing and Airbus AC, it's 514Mi/H speed doesn't!
-CS100ER Now this is the one that really digs in the gold. An easy choice over the A318 with it's better range then the CS100 and it's 514 speed!
-CS300 In direct competition with the A319 and the B737-700, this aircraft is great for speedy travel though once again, lacks in the range department.
-CS300ER It may have better range but it is still 1000Mi less then the A319. It is however a perfect replacement for the 737-700.
-CS300XT This version is able to land on shorter runways then the standard version. As runway length has no effect in AT2, this aircraft might as-well be left out.
COMAC:
ARJ Series
ARJ21-700 STD Considered by many as a rip-off of bombardiers success, the ARJ 700 is perfect for replacing the aging CRJ900 Aircraft. It's improved range and speed is also another reason to buy it over the CRJ series jet
-ARJ21-700 ER Same as the 700. Just with 500Mi more range.
-ARJ21-900 STD With 105 seats, this aircraft fit's in just above the CRJ-1000. Making it a better choice over the CRJ-1000.
-ARJ21-900 ER With 700Mi more range then the STD version of the ARJ21-900.
Embraer:
Embraer E-Series Jet
ERJ-170 STD Embrear, A successful Brazilian aerospace company has managed to release there biggest series yet. The E series! Starting of with the 80 seat 170. Capable of flying 2100Mi.
-ERJ-170 LR Same as the 170 STD. Just with 300Mi more range.
-ERJ-175 STD Same as the 170 STD. Just with 8 more seats(88).
-ERJ-175 LR Same as the 170 LR. Just with 8 more seats(88).
-ERJ-190 STD Same as the 175 STD. Just with 16 more seats(114).
-ERJ-190 LR Same as the 190 STD. Just able to fly 600Mi more
-ERJ-195 STD The biggest E-Jet. This AC is capable of carrying 122 passengers over 1600mi at 450Mi/H speeds.
-ERJ-195 LR Same as the 195 LR. Just with a 2100Mi range.
Aerospatiale:
ATR Series
ATR 42 This small Regional prop plane, capable of flying 50 passengers over a great distance is one of the most flown aircraft of it's kind
ATR 78 The big Daddy of the 42, it can hold 78 seats. 28 more!

I am sure how much the devs can pack into the new update. but including E-jets would be great. I can try pulling some info and putting together some pics and info.

That would be great if you could do that.

Im sure allot of the development process involves collecting data so it would really help speed this process up.

A300, A310 and A340-200 are all out of production, so should they perhaps be removed from the game?

They are still in the game as they are still used in commercial aviation

True, they are out of prediction but are still a main part of major commercial fleet aswell as the fact that most of them have been bought by budget and new airlines.

With the ATR, They arnt exactly the fastest planes around, being Props, but they may add a new type of strategy to the game. If only you were rewarded for frequency, then a load of these of a short route like MAN-LHR would be very profitable.

I thought that was why they were still in the game, so therefore I will go ahead and recommend the Fokker aircraft

Do Fokkers still get produced? I thought Fokker went bankrupt. I guess those planes could be in the game as a company called Rokkof is now trying to get the licence to produce ex-Fokker planes. Yes i know just like the name Fokker(F*cker), Rokkof(Ra*k Off) is funny . I guess if this succeeds they could be implemented into the game. But Fokker have not made planes for a while and there are hardly any of there planes that get used internationally any more.

I think if more aircraft were to be added to the game they would probably be planes that where popular for international flights. Like Embrear and Bombardier.

You do make a valid point, not many were built... I think we have nearly every widely-used aircraft on the list now, but what about some of the Eastern European manufacturers such as Ilyushin, Antonov, and Tupolev?

Yes, the fokker aircraft will be great, just excluding the f-50 as it was in fact a turboprop and has about half the speed of the f-100. I think that maybe we should wait for an announcment from Rekkof before adding them to the list as at this moment it stands as a concept.

Please maybe add MD-83/88/90 and 717 under Boeing category (since McDonnell Douglas is now Boeing) and we VERY MUCH NEED E-170/175/190/195 these will be able to serve lower density markets that are out of range of the CRJ series. Also add the 777-200LR which has the range of the 777-300ER in the game. The -300ER doesn't have the range that is listed on the game. Also please see my article on the range issue.Thanks,

I am not sure if MD aircraft would make a good edition. Nobody would use them do to there cost and the fact that NG aircraft beat them in nearly every stat. With this I would like to suggest that further suggestions bring something new to the game. something in which people will use in there fleet.

I realized that you quoted my post just before I updated it, what do you think about adding the Eastern European aircraft? Other than that, I can't think of many other manufacturers...

Im not sure that Eastern European aircraft will fit in to the game to well, especially saying that there are few of there aircraft which are still in production. If you can find some good suggestions though, I would be happy to add the

This is in-fact in the game already but just called the 737-900. I have told Sunghan about this and he said he will change it's name in the next update.
The 737-900(Less range but faster then the -800) has only 189 seats whilst the 737-900ER has a longer range and 220 seats, like the one in the game.

Only two Tu-334's have been built... And it is no longer in production

The MS-21 is yet to be released, however the Superjet 100 would be a nice addition... Even though only 6 have been built so far.


What about the Antonov planes? There should be at least 2 or 3 that are suitable

Yes, that's fine and no thanks for the research!
Maybe these airplanes could be a "cheap" alternative for Boeing/airbus with a shorter lifetime!

@Perez, I know, but the Airbus A350 isn't in production yet?
And some planes of other companys, instead of always the same Boeings/Airbus, would be a nice variation don't you think?

Ok, I have adjusted the list above, removing the 334.

Does someone have any idea if some of our posted airplanes are coming in the game?
And is there already a release date for the new update?

At this time I have not been told a release date for the next update. I do believe some new AC may be added to it, due to the long waiting time. The long waiting time is due to how long it takes to create the multiplayer mode which is basically like creating the game from scratch.

What will be available in multiplayer? Some games consider multiplayer just adding a few achievements, but it would be interesting to have more stuff for AT.
