What happens if the 25 year life time of a airplane passes. Do you lose money. If so what should I do.

The risk of an accident increases, which would cost you money and hurt your brand value. Retire the aircraft and replace it with a new one when it's gotten to be 25 years old. Or lease instead, and they'll be replaced automatically.
